Price
The price of a custom made, one-of-a-kind outfit depends on its complexity. Prices for our jackets vary between $1500,00 and $2500,00. Please contact us to get a current estimate for your order and S&H charges to your address before placing order. Payment
we are a PayPal verified business. We use PayPal, a secure order, third party processing service, that allows you to make payment by credit card, E-check or electronic funds transfer.
Delivery
depends on size and complexity of the order - between six and eight weeks.
S&H
to prevent damage during transit and ensure that your order arrives at its destination in the best possible condition we wrap our designs in tissue paper then encase them in a clear plastic bag before placing them in a sturdy corrugated box; to keep the garment from shifting inside the box during transit we fill the box with packing materials such as and bubble packaging;
– shipping charges are calculated based on the total dollar amount of your order, and are added to the order price when ordering. US orders are delivered via Fedex (Economy Saver Rate) or UPS; European orders are shipped by DPD, DHL or GLS;
– while ordering please contact us directly and we will help you make the best choice, calculate the correct shipping rate to your location then add it to your order.
– in case the package are visibly damaged on arrival, you must not accept it or if you accept delivery, make sure that the carrier notes the claim for the damaged package on the delivery slip.
Returns
since our designs are made specifically upon custom order, therefore, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The only exception is return of item that has been damaged in transit:
– in order to accept and process a return, damaged item must be reported within 24 hours from receipt of parcel (this is due to the strict time frame with the shipping providers for any insurance claims to be filled); you must retain the original box and packaging associated with the order, until a damaged claim can be completed with the shipping provider;
– please properly document the damage by sending photos clearly depicting the damaged parcel and the damage to the item signed with your name, followed by your order number and contact information to contact@iwonacreation.com;
– return must be finalised and shipped back to Iwona Creation within 5 working days from approval of return with Iwona Creation;
– if you are entitled to a refund, we recommend you sent your item back with in appropiate package with shipping insurance, tracking and signature upon delivery;
– Iwona Creation will not be liable for items damaged in return transit due to inappropriate packaging; all items being returned to Iwona Creation remain your property until received; costs incurred for return such as packaging, export duties, shipping and delivery are incurred solely at the customer’s expense;
– we do not under any circumstances accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit back to Iwona Creation; if your return does not arrive, or becomes damaged during transit, your refund will not be processed;
– once your return is received and processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email; refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Privacy
your personal data will be used for the primary purpose for which it was obtained. It might be used for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose – with your consent or where required or authorised by law.
– It is important to us that your personal information is up to date. We will make sure that your personal information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as possible so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
